france has a long history of glorifying and romanticizing smoking;it is part of the "french cool" and their culture.so to completely eliminate smoking would be a feat that would most likely never occur;france is a country whose government sort of lives in fear of the people who inhabit it.if french people were to have their smokes completely taken away,their government would have hell to pay.lest we forget france's epic public protests.
i was going to do this article, but i noticed that you had it. i did a research on France and everything Bernarda is saying is a fact. so if france was to completely eliminate smoking i think it would create an organization to prevent it.
